ભગવાન બિરસા મુંડાની 150મી જન્મ જયંતિ તેમજ જનજાતીય ગૌરવ વર્ષના અવસરે આજે કોલેજમાં વિશેષ કાર્યક્રમનું આયોજન કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું. કાર્યક્રમ હેઠળ વિદ્યાથીઓને ભગવાન બિરસા મુંડાના જીવન અને કાર્ય પર આધારીત પ્રેરણાત્મક ફિલ્મ દર્શાવવામાં આવી હતી. ફિલ્મ દ્વારા વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ બિરસા મુંડાજીનો સંઘર્ષમય જીવનપ્રવાસ, જનજાતિ સમાજ માટે કરેલી અનન્ય સેવાઓ, બ્રિટિશ શોષણ વિરુદ્ધ ચલાવેલી ઉલ્ગુલાન ચળવળ અને રાષ્ટ્રપ્રેમના મૂલ્યો અંગે નિખાલસ જાણકારી મેળવી. કાર્યક્રમનો મુખ્ય ઉદ્દેશ વિદ્યાર્થીઓમાં રાષ્ટ્રીય ગૌરવ, સંસ્કૃતિક જાગૃતિ અને આદિવાસી વિરાસત પ્રત્યે ગર્વની ભાવના વિકસાવવાનો હતો. ફિલ્મ દર્શન પછી વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ પોતાના વિચારો વ્યક્ત કરતાં જણાવ્યું કે બિરસા મુંડાનું જીવન યુવા પેઢી માટે પ્રેરણાનો અખૂટ સ્ત્રોત છે.

કાયદા શાખાના વિદ્યાર્થીઓના શૈક્ષણિક જ્ઞાનમાં અને વ્યાવસાયિક જ્ઞાનમાં પણ વધારો થાય તે માટે કોલેજ દ્વારા શૈક્ષણિક પ્રવાસ નું આયોજન કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું જેમાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓને ગુજરાત હાઇકોર્ટ, ગુજરાત વિધાનસભા, ફોરેન્સિક સાયન્સ લેબોરેટરી, ગુજરાત માહિતી આયોગ તેમજ દાંડી કુટીરની પણ મુલાકાત લેવામાં આવી હતી.

તા. ૧૦/૧૨/૨૨નાં રોજ એ. એમ. પી. સરકારી લો કોલેજ, રાજકોટ દ્વારા આંતર કલાસ મૂટકોર્ટ સ્પર્ધાનાં ફાઈનલ રાઉન્ડનું આયોજન કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું તેમજ માનવ અધિકાર દિવસની ઉજવણી કરવામાં આવેલ. આ સ્પર્ધામાં મુખ્ય મહેમાન તથા નિર્ણાયક તરીકે ડીસ્ટ્રીક જજ પી. એમ. ત્રિવેદી, એડીશનલ સિવિલ જજ એ. એમ. ઓઝા, એન. એચ. નંદાણીયા, સેક્રેટરી DLSA, રાજકોટ હાજર રહ્યા હતા. આંતર ક્લાસ મૂટકોર્ટ સ્પર્ધાનો પ્રથમ રાઉન્ડ તા. ૦૯/૧૨/૨૦૨૨નાં રોજ થયેલ જેમાં વિધ્યાર્થીઓની કુલ 7 ટીમ દ્વારા ભાગ લેવામાં આવ્યો હતો.

તા. ૨૫/૧૧/૨૦૨૨નાં રોજ બંધારણ દિવસની પૂર્વ સંધ્યાએ એ.એમ.પી સરકારી લો કોલેજ ખાતે સંવિધાન દિવસની ઉજવણી કરવામાં આવી હતી. આ કાર્યક્રમનું આયોજન એ.એમ.પી. સરકારી લો કોલેજ, કાયદાભવન, સૌરાષ્ટ્ર યુનિવર્સિટી, માનવ અધિકાર ભવન, સૌરાષ્ટ્ર યુનિવર્સિટી તથા લીગલ રીસર્ચ ફાઉન્ડેશન, ઇન્ડિયા દ્વારા કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું.
